CuraSales.com, including subsidiaries and affiliates ("CuraSales" or "Website Owner") provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website ("CuraSales.com") to guests (cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

Service

Upon your request CuraSales purchases products of any Internet Retailer located in the United States of America. The costs of the service depend on the amount and weight of the packages. Furthermore a commission of 8% percent from the purchase costs will be charged, to cover all related services. The service costs do not include shipping costs and other costs and taxes the Internet Retailer may invoice.

Refusal of service

CuraSales has the right to refuse any order or any requested purchase order, if the order contains products which could constitute a criminal offence or could be in breach of the law and/or in flagrant contradiction to decency and/or contradictory to/incompatible with public order or morality.

Indemnification

CuraSales is indemnified for any visible or hidden defects in the ordered products and/or any damage to products arising from the manner of packaging, shipment or otherwise incurred.

Cancellations
If, for any reason, you elect to cancel your order, you will incur the costs associated with that order. This includes CuraSales’s $10 processing fee, plus any re-stocking/shipping and handling fees the individual Internet retailer(s) may require. If your order has already been shipped to its final destination and you refuse receipt of your items, you will be responsible for any and all import duties and taxes, shipping and handling back to our depot in the United States, any re-stocking fees based on the individual return policy of the Internet retailer(s) and an CuraSales processing fee of $25. If the cancellation occurs prior to the item(s) being shipped to our fulfillment center, you will not incur any charges and you will be entitled to a full refund (including shipping and handling and any associated fees).

Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please do not contact the original Internet retailer. Please read and make sure that you agree with the return/exchange policy of the retailer(s) you are ordering from. Each Internet retailer may have a different return/exchange policy, which you will need to adhere to, in order for CuraSales to process the return or exchange. Our minimum processing/handling fee for a return or exchange is $20. Shipping and any duties and taxes associated with the return will be the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated by CuraSales.

Refunds
A refund will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction or via PayPal only. We will not issue a cashier's cheque or equivalent as a form of refund payment. If the credit card used for the transaction is no longer available to accept a refund, the refund will be processed via PayPal. We recommend that if you do not have a PayPal account please visit www.PayPal.com for details regarding creating a PayPal account in your country.

Product Warranties
CuraSales and its related partner shops make no warranty or guarantees that the warranty on the product will be valid once shipped outside the USA. Some manufacturer warranties will still be valid, and others will not, therefore shipping outside the USA may make the warranty null and void.  Warranty inquires are handled on a case by case basis and final determination of warranty validity is based on the policies of the manufacturer and NOT CuraSales or its integrated or non-integrated partners.  Please note that customers may be responsible for domestic and international shipping and other product related replacement fees.

While every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, any price information, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) ("information") and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website.
